Our roots trace back to the renowned Devcon Systems & Projects Pvt. Ltd., a name trusted in India’s heavy industry sector for over two decades.

Our History: The Devcon Foundation

Established in Kolkata, Devcon Systems & Projects Pvt. Ltd. built its legacy by delivering turnkey bulk material handling systems to leading clients across steel, cement, mining, and power sectors. Known for precision engineering and client-first execution, Devcon successfully completed more than 75 projects across India and abroad.

The Transition: From Devcon to Swift Tech

As Devcon approached the end of its business lifecycle due to internal restructuring, Swift Tech Construction was founded to carry forward the same engineering excellence — under the leadership of the same core team. We have retained the experience, project references, and goodwill of Devcon, while evolving with global sourcing capabilities and next-gen tools.

Mr. Rajib Kumar Bagchi – Founder & Managing Director
With over 30 years of experience in mechanical design and project execution, Mr. Bagchi has led numerous successful projects in bulk material handling. His vision is to deliver agile, cost-effective conveyor solutions backed by global-quality components.

Our engineering team includes senior designers, CAD experts, and procurement specialists — most of whom have been part of the Devcon journey and now form the technical backbone of Swift Tech.

Our Core Offerings

Sidewall Belt Conveyors

Complete design, detailing, and support for space-saving, vertical, and steep-incline material handling systems. Suitable for powders, granules, and bulk solids.

Imported Sidewall Belts, Cleats, and Sidewalls

We supply high-quality, heat-resistant, oil-resistant, and abrasion-resistant sidewall belts imported from China. Belts are available with cleats up to 300mm height and sidewalls up to 500mm, customizable as per your needs.

Spare Parts & Belt Replacement

We provide fast and affordable spare part solutions for existing sidewall conveyors, including cleats, sidewalls, pulleys, rollers, shafts, and idlers — with minimal lead time.

Design & Engineering Consultancy

Our expert engineers offer layout planning, capacity calculations, 2D drawings, and fabrication drawings for new systems or modification of existing conveyors.

Project Support for EPC Contractors

From pre-bid design packages to post-order execution support, we work closely with EPC firms for large-scale project implementation.

Custom Bulk Handling Systems

In addition to sidewall conveyors, we provide engineering support for belt feeders, vibrating feeders, vibrating screen, belt diverters, Diverter gate and other bulk material handling equipment.

Swift Tech Construction draws its credentials from Devcon Systems & Projects Pvt. Ltd., having executed more than 75 projects across India and abroad. These include installations in steel plants, cement factories, biomass power plants, and port terminals.

Sidewall belt conveyor systems for steel plants in Chhattisgarh and Odisha
Coal handling conveyors in thermal power stations (20 MW – 150 MW)
